We follow a streamlined, communicative approach: (1) Initial Consultation: We meet on-site to understand your goals; (2) Planning & Estimation: We provide a clear scope and transparent proposal; (3) Preparation & Permits: We handle approvals, selections, and scheduling; and (4) Construction & Final Walkthrough: Our dedicated crew completes the work to high standards, ensuring every detail meets your satisfaction before final sign-off.

We accept Credit Cards, Checks, and Cash. Payments are typically structured into predictable milestone-based installments outlined clearly in our written contract, so you only pay as progress is achieved.

Question 9

Can I live in my home during a renovation or addition?

Accepted Answer

For most kitchen, bathroom, and single-room projects or garage additions, homeowners can comfortably stay in their home. We set up containment barriers and dust protection to minimize disruption. For major whole-house renovations or second-story additions, we will discuss logistics upfront so you can plan the safest and most comfortable arrangement.

Question 10

How do you handle unexpected issues or change orders?

Accepted Answer

If an unforeseen condition arises (such as concealed plumbing or wiring in older homes) or if you decide to modify your design during construction, we communicate immediately. We explain options, provide a clear written change order detailing any cost or timeline adjustment, and only proceed once you approve.
